Dreams Will Come True - Sunday Serenity #2

Sundays are a day in which I spend with God and family.  So in honor of my Sundays as well as yours, I am following in the footsteps of TS Annie from The Tombstone Chronicler and posting something that's serene.

I've always dreamed of living on the ocean somewhere.  Being filled with peace, sweet bliss, salt water taste, seaweed, and more.  Walking the beach before sunrise, watching the sun coming up over the ocean, hearing the surf and watching it come in and taking my Hope for a run on the sand.

As most of you know I am attending college now to obtain my Associates Degree in Health Information Management.  Well.......... I've been doing lots of thinking about this and what or where I might go after graduation.  No one says I have to go anywhere since I more than likely will be working from home, but, I want new adventures and places to explore.  After all, I will be continuing this second phase of my life, so why not start it somewhere all together new to me.

I want to wake each morning and see, smell and taste the ocean.  I've only got to see the ocean once, and that really doesn't count as we were driving in the semi at the time.  But imagine waking each morning and your first sight to see upon opening your eyes is the "Gulf of Mexico"?  The sun rising up to greet you in brilliant colors of the rainbow, all while you are lounging in your bed watching or you fix your morning coffee and go out into your private balcony, look deep into the gulf while blogging about your day.  Awww I can see myself now.  Ocean views, swimming pool, private balcony, club house, tennis and golf, and the list goes on.

"Why can't I have this, I've asked myself?"   No one is stopping me, but me.  So I've done some researching, and found the perfect place.  I truly honestly thought to get to live anywhere like this, it would cost me my first, if not second child.  That I would be so far away from all my family that it would not be stress free or relaxing.  It's still one days drive from family but just close enough.  If working from home that means I could take my work with me while visiting family.  It's perfect.  I'm talking about Buloxi, Mississippi.  I believe what I've found would suit me just perfectly.  It's also right down the road from the casino's, shopping and more.  Yes, a dream place for me.

Unit I would want.  Check out the balcony.

You can't get any closer than this.

26 miles of white sandy beaches right before me.  This is directly across the street from the condos.

Imagine my Sunday morning Serenity

Beautiful

View to die for

Imagine this view every single morning.  Worth waking for.

I see potted plants, flowers, patio table and chairs.  My laptop, coffee and me.

I do believe I have found another dream I WILL make happen.  It's just to heavenly not to make happen.

Until next time,

  1. Glad you liked my little mice...I think they're so cute!
I hope you get your dream of living on the ocean! Our realities start with a dream, so you've already conquered the first step! I've been to the ocean a few times, but it never gets old. The first time I got to see the ocean, I stood on it's shore, while the waves were lapping at my feet, and I sang "How Great Thou Art" with tears streaming down my cheeks. God is such an amazing artist and the ocean has to be one of his greatest pieces! :)
    Have a blessed day!
